Our Experiences
Extreme Experience announces that the services provided related to these experiences and itineraries are purchased from different independent suppliers that are not affiliated with Extreme Experience in any way. However, Extreme Experience seeks to choose quality suppliers for their experiences offered, but does not have the right to control their operations, and therefore makes these agreements on the condition that Extreme Experience, its agents and employees will not be responsible for delays, set-backs, inconveniences, expenses, irregularities, injuries or personal injury, death or damages of property caused by the conduct or non-compliance of any company or individual committed to the provision of these services. As a result, Extreme Experience is not responsible for any negligence, voluntary act or failure to provide services by third parties. Each of these contracted service companies providing the experience is subject to the laws of the state or country where they operate and where the services are provided in accordance with their Terms and Conditions (available upon request) and participation is conditioned on their acceptance of these.
In addition, Extreme Experience shall not be liable for: (a) any expenses incurred that are not expressly agreed upon as part of the payment associated with any experience, including expenses that may be required during the course, before or after the experience; or (b) risks of delay, unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, bodily injury, emotional trauma, death, or property damage, for any reason. Thus, as a legal consideration for the authorization of participation in such experience, by this means, I release and discard Extreme Experience de, and against any and all responsibility resulting from my participation in the experience. I agree that this version is legal and binding on me, for all members of my family, all minors accompanying me and my and their heirs, successors and legal representatives, it being my sole intention to assume all risks associated with my participation in this experience and release Extreme Experience from any and all responsibility to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Extreme Experience reserves the right to refuse or accept the future participation of any person who deems himself unable to fulfill the rigors and requirements to participate in the activities associated with any experience, or any person whose actions or conduct hinder the planned experience, rights, well-being or enjoyment of other participants. Refund based on the part of the unused experience is the limit of Extreme Experience’ liability in such a case.
Descriptions of the Experience
The description of all the experiences included in our online catalog and in the Extreme Experience packs are sometimes abbreviated and correct at the time of printing. However, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the program without notice, including the right to delete or replace locations. When the change is material, we will communicate to the recipient at the time you confirm your booking or thereafter. Unlikely if mechanical failure, unwillingness or other circumstances occur outside of our control, such as atmospheric conditions not favorable to the performance of the experiment, we reserve the right to make reasonable replacements of the components or to reimburse the equivalent amount without notice. The duration of the experiences and sessions are approximate and provided only as guidance. Unless otherwise specified, you will participate in the shift experience with other members of the public and there may be waiting times.
Personalized Gifts and Other Tangible Goods
With these gifts, as the case of wines and personalized wine bottles, you may not receive a Extreme Experience voucher, and the delivery time may vary. Fast shipping costs may also vary depending on the gift. Personalized goods may not be returned or refunded. Please, it is important that you check all the information at the time of order.
Restrictions, Requirements and Important Information
Whenever appropriate, we will include abbreviated information about health, age, height and requirements, such as valid driving license or proving weather conditions in advance, on our website, catalogues and vouchers. All details are available in the order and are included in the booking documents. Please read them carefully. Once you have received your purchase or pack present, please notify us within 7 days that the experience is inadequate if applicable.
Availability
All experiences are subject to availability and some are also dependent on the weather conditions of the day. The ideal would be to make the reservation at least 28 days in advance. A longer period may be required to secure reservations on weekends or high season. We recommend not to book flights, hotels or other similar services before having your booking confirmed in writing. We also recommend that you confirm your reservation with the venue 48 hours before your session to confirm the weather forecasts.
Cancellation
Once your booking is complete if you wish to cancel or change your booking, there may be cancellation costs, although it may be covered by our cancellation insurance. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel an experience or a product, we or the promoter of the event contact us in time. Please register your contact number when booking so that we can contact you if necessary. In the unlikely event of cancellation, Extreme Experience’ liability is limited to a new booking on a new date or a similar experience or a refund of the cancelled experience.
Attribution of Prices
Prices include VAT and are correct at the time of printing, except errors or omissions. However, we reserve the right to make changes to ours at any time without notice. If there is any price change you will be notified of this at the time you place your order. Please note that your Extreme Experience voucher will only be sent after full payment. We are not liable for the delay in the delivery of your vouchers or products when payment by credit card is rejected or when your check is not delivered to us. All prices are for one person, unless you specify otherwise (for example, when it is indicated in the product name "for two".
Payment
We accept most credit and debit cards (except Solo, Diners and Visa Electron). A small 3% commission is charged in the case of using credit cards to cover the additional fees we will have to pay. We accept checks by post; on behalf of TRA Lda and are subject to payment authorization. Cash payments are only accepted in person at one of our offices, where you are given a signed receipt. Please don't send money by mail. Please note that we will not be able to book dates, send your gift pack or voucher before payment is made.
Delivery by Mail and E-mail
All Extreme Experience vouchers are sent on the same day if your order is placed before 4pm. The next day delivery warranty option or by express courier is also available at the time of your order. Please be careful when you send us your email to receive your vouchers via e-mail and ensure that our domain goldenmoments.pt is marked as secure mail. If a voucher does not arrive, before contacting us to receive a new voucher, please check the spam filter of your email or if you have a mail postcard registered in your mailbox to collect your voucher in the CTT. We cannot be held responsible for a loss or other problem that results in not arrival. Upon receiving your gift voucher, please carefully check all the information contained therein. If you find an error or are not sure of the information contained, you must notify us before booking the experience or within 7 working days, whichever occurs first.
Validity of the Voucher
The expiration date for vouchers with "open date" is detailed in the Extreme Experience voucher. If the recipient of the voucher is not available to carry out the experience in this time limit, the validity of the voucher can be extended for another 12 months, whenever and when you inform us with 28 days in advance of the date on which the voucher expires. A payer of 24.99 euros will be administered, adding the importance of the difference, if the price has been changed, which may involve the issuance of a new Extreme Experience voucher. No refunds of vouchers will be made that have extended their expiration date. If your voucher has expired, you can reactivate it for a price of 34.99 plus the price increased in the experience since then, if applicable. Vouchers expired for more than 12 months (24 months after purchase) are unusable.
Exchanges
All "open date" experiences can be exchanged only once for any other experience of our catalog whenever and inform us before the expiry date. If the replacement of the experience is for a higher price than the amount originally paid, the difference will be charged. If the experience is exchanged for a lower price, the difference will be kept in your Extreme Experience account to be discounted on an upcoming purchase of an experience. Exchanged experiences are not refunded. You must make the exchange before activating the voucher. Already active vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. Some experiences cannot be exchanged after purchase. In these cases, this restriction is visible in the description of the experience.
Vouchers
When purchasing a flexible gift voucher, you or anyone who owns the voucher accepts that flexible vouchers have an associated face value, equal to the amount paid at the time of purchase, and any experience suggested on the voucher is subject to availability, changes (such as price) and serves as an illustrative purpose only. Although we strive to ensure that the information in the description and photographs on our website and the present vouchers are a true reflection of the reality of the activity for which vouchers are activated, they are not part of the contract. We make every effort to avoid evading increased costs to the owners of the vouchers present, but in case this occurs, the owner can pay the difference and increase the value of his flexible voucher or choose to use the credit of his existing voucher in the instigation of another experience for a similar amount. For security reasons, any voucher issued without participant name will have to be returned to Extreme Experience before being able to book or exchange. Extreme Experience is not responsible for lost or missing vouchers.
Reservations and Markings
Unless it is necessary to place date at the time of purchase, vouchers are "open date" until the expiry date described on the voucher. Once a booking is complete, the experience cannot be exchanged or refunded. We will send the booking confirmation documents with the voucher number to confirm the reservation. We ask you to read this document carefully and contact us immediately upon receipt if any changes are necessary. If the booking confirmation does not arrive within 14 days, you must contact us. In case the participant does not appear at the place of the experience on the reserved day and time, a voucher used without participation is considered.
Refund Policy
We are happy to make refunds at 100% less shipping costs or packaging costs of an "open date" voucher within the expiration date purchased directly from Extreme Experience within 14 days of receipt, subject to notification by post or email. After this period and before the expiration date, refunds are subject to an administrative cost of 25%, with a minimum cost of 15 euros. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the voucher or the item, and if purchased by credit card or Paypal, refunds will be made on the same account. Ask for your refund before activating the voucher. Already active vouchers cannot be refunded. Some vouchers may have specific Purchase Conditions that will be visible in the experience description. Always read carefully the description of the experience before purchasing the voucher.
The Day of Reserve
If you have any problems or discontent during the experience, please make it reach the direction as soon as possible so that they can help you solve it. We would like you to inform us of any problem or concern immediately, so that we can resolve in order to carry out the experience. We take complaints and feedback very seriously. If the problem is not resolved on the same day of booking, please make a written report with all the details including the reference number of the experience. Loyalty Programs, Points and Rewards Program
By receiving the loyalty points accepted by Extreme Experience, you accept these terms and conditions. The issuer of the points reserves the right to add, modify, eliminate or exchange any of the rules, procedures, conditions, benefits, rewards or reward levels relating to the program, its description, with or without prior notice, even if the changes may affect the value of the points or the certificates of reward or confirmations already accumulated. It is not allowed to have multiple accounts or earn points in several different accounts. If the issuer so decides, and with reasonable reasons, if he suspects fraud, theft or dishonesty, our associate may void the points and close an account. Points may not be sold or transferred except by the issuer. These violations may result in supervision and the accumulated points become part of the issuer. Unless otherwise specified, rewards may not be used with other discounts, promotional offers or monetary refunds.
Access and Availability
Extreme Experience is pleased to count on participation in experiences offered to disabled people (although we recognize that some of the experiences present difficulties for these people). At Extreme Experience we undertake to ensure that our customers with disabilities receive all possible opportunities to participate in our present experience and, so that it may be, we ask you to report any incapacity at the time of the experience request. This allows us to advise our clients according to the needs of each person.
Photos of Experiences and Images
The photographs and images used on our website and printed material are just illustrative indication, such as machinery, vehicles, skills, animals and the scenery of each location varies and it can happen that the photographs and images do not reveal the true portrait. Extreme Experience reserves the right to store photographs or images of any experience and possibly use them for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
Protecting Your Data and Privacy
Extreme Experience is a user of registered data, and complies with the principles of correct data protection. These principles require that the data are: fair and legally processed; processed for limited purposes; appropriate, relevant and not excessive; are accurate; stored for as long as necessary and no longer; to be processed in accordance with the rights relating to databases; are secure; are not transferred outside the EU without proper protection.
The Extreme Experience logo, the eye badge and the name of the Extreme Experience or Extreme Experience Experience Hunters hunters are the trademark registered and protected of tra lda Images, photographs, drawings and texts from our website, catalogues, vouchers and gift packs and information are protected by copyright and must not be copied by any or in part without permission of Extreme Experience.
